La Ceiba Farm , Quimbaya Colombia

Family grown since 1923

Where Tradition Meets Excellence

Café Gardenia 1923 is a premium, organic Arabica coffee grown exclusively on our family-owned La Ceiba farm in Quimbaya, Quindío, Colombia. Since the 1920s, the Londoño family has stewarded this land, fostering small-scale cattle rearing and sustainable cultivation of coffee, plantains, and guadua bamboo. Over a century, we've championed regional welfare, focusing on social progress and uplifting our workers and their families.

Our Craft

Discover the essence of our coffee—a symphony of fragrance, aroma, and flavor. With notes of caramel and nuts, each cup embodies the delicate balance of brown sugar and light citric aromas, coupled with a medium acidity and a luscious body.

Heritage and Innovation

As a family business rooted in tradition, we embrace modern technology to enhance our century-old practices. Over the past six years, we've diligently refined our cultivation methods to consistently produce specialty coffee that reflects our heritage while embracing sustainability practices endorsed by certifications like Rainforest Alliance and Café de Colombia.

We can proudly say that we are third generation centenarian coffee growers, committed to maintaining the traditional values of the family, protecting the environment, and constantly innovating to improve the quality of our products. Gustavo Mejia Londoño currently oversees operations on the farm and domestic Colombian sales. This year not only marks our hundredth anniversary, but excitingly is the first year of expansion into the U.S. market by his son Diego in the local Miami area.
